Community
Throughout the year, The Alice King Community School will provide a variety of programs and activities for parents and students to come together as a community.

During the student-led meeting, parents will see the educational standards their child has met, and be included in the plan to help their child master any standards the child may be struggling with.

Parents will be viewed as an asset whether assisting a teacher in the classroom when needed, reading to or listening to a child, or helping with our community garden.

There will be many opportunities for parents to be involved in child development and education, but parent involvement is not a requirement.
