    Education Philosophy
Throughout my years working in various roles and in various settings, I've come to realize how important it is to match learning styles and teaching styles, both for students and teachers. Learning must be engaging, interactive, and relevant in order to foster academic, social, and emotional growth. In today's world, we must consider the whole child when designing educational programs. At The Alice King Community School, we are doing just that. The Alice King Community School is committed to providing optimal learning experiences through the design of multi-age classrooms, recognition and nurturing of multiple intelligence's, and utilization of a variety of instructional techniques. Recognizing how the brain functions in relation to learning and providing developmentally and academically appropriate activities is essential in maximizing success. I am very excited to be part of a team that will work our hardest to provide the best learning experiences possible for all students.
